Service Description
Realign your physical and emotional body and activate all your senses in a sound journey like no other! An ancient practice that has become at the forefront of modern holistic wellbeing, sound therapy is a profound way to bring the body back into alignment. Through the use of certain frequencies and instruments the body is able to relax into the theta brain wave state where is can recalibrate to a state of peace and calm. This journey will include an introductory sharing circle and oracle card pull before lying down and getting swept away by the relaxing tones created by crystal bowls, drums, indigenous instruments, channel vocals, chimes and more. Each instrument is tuned to a certain sonic vibration that focuses on healing the mind, body and spirit and allows the participant to sink into a deep state of consciousness.
